I’ve been humming tunes for as long as I can remember and with 3 older siblings, I’ve been fortunate to have been exposed to great music from a young age.
My first composition was written on a Nokia 3310 using Ringtone Composer but it wasn’t until high school, when my music teacher saw how engrossed I’d become with composition and encouraged me to pursue it as a career, that I really got serious.
I studied ‘Music Production’ and ‘Music For Film & TV’ at Leeds College Of Music and since graduating, I’ve been working composition jobs to gradually build my portfolio and experience. I also work for and with Music Vine, which has been hugely formative.
The aim is to work hard, love the process, meet good people and learn along the way … (and maybe earn a few quid for the occasional beer!)
